Styled by Serenity (“we”) runs this booking site. This page explains what we collect when you book and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Your name, email and (if you give it) phone number.
• The service, date and time you ask for, and any notes you add.
• Notes we keep to do your hair well, such as a color formula, sensitivities or preferences.

How we use it

Only to book, confirm, change, remind you about and provide your appointments, and to answer your questions. We do not sell your information or use it for anything else.

Text messages (SMS)

If you tick the box to receive texts, we send messages about your own appointment only: confirmations, changes, cancellations and reminders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We share your number only with the text-messaging provider that delivers our messages, and only for that purpose.

Where it is kept

Booking records are kept in our private Google account and calendar. Texts are sent through Twilio.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete your information at any time by calling or emailing us (below). Reply STOP to any text to stop texts.
